Just wrapped up my 27th season at Purgatory! It's a good feeling to be heading into down time. I needed it! It's been a rough 5 months. The equipment ran pretty well, but I had a lot of other issues to deal with. Life happens! Oh well, I'm used to it, what else ya gonna do, right? I feel pretty lucky over all. I've had some tough years, like last year! So I'll just chalk this one up to pretty good! I'm looking forward to some time off now. A quick trip out to Pennsylvania to see my kids, and the cute little grandkids! I need some love from them! I am not near family much, and miss it all the time. My son, Jordan, is on his way down today too! That will be nice to have him here for a few days too! Beers on the porch and some good grub tonight! Jordan is great, he really appreciates me and looks up to me. He wants to be like me some day, so he tells me! I hope he can have a good, happy and productive life for himself! He deserves it!
